IIT GATE Exam Schedule 2022: The date of the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering i.e. GATE Exam 2022 (GATE 2022) has been announced. This time IIT Kharagpur (IIT Kharagpur), the organization conducting the GATE exam, has released the GATE 2022 exam schedule on the official website gate.iitkgp.ac.in. According to this, the GATE 2022 exam is starting from Saturday, 05 February 2022. According to the schedule released by IIT Kharagpur, GATE Exam 2022 will be conducted till Sunday, 13 February 2022.
The GATE exam will be conducted daily in two shifts on the scheduled dates. The first shift will run from 9 am to 12 noon. The second shift exam will be conducted from 2.30 pm to 5.30 pm. The complete schedule is given next.
Know when GATE Admit Card 2022 will be issued?
IIT Kharagpur has informed that GATE 2022 admit card will be issued on January 3, 2022. Candidates are advised to keep an eye on the official website for latest updates on admit card for this exam as it is the most important document for the day of exam.

What will happen in the Miscellaneous Activity
- Scribe means the selection of the candidate who writes the answer instead of the candidate (if needed)
– The process of sanitizing the examination centers, seating arrangement, poster and signboard display will be completed.

GATE 2022 admit card: When to get GATE admit card
Admit card for GATE 2022 exam will be issued on 03 January 2022. IIT Kharagpur will activate the link on the GATE 2022 website. Candidates will be able to download the admit card till the day of their examination. It will be mandatory to carry the hard copy of GATE 2022 hall ticket / admit card for entry to the examination centre.
This exam will be taken on computer mode (CBT). This time two new subjects - Geomatics Engineering and Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering have been added in the GATE exam. It is worth noting that apart from MTech Admission, there are many good government jobs on the basis of GATE score. Direct recruitment to the posts of Group A level such as Senior Field Officer, Senior Research Officer etc. in the departments of Government of India is given on the basis of GATE score.
