Just a few days left and you will get to see the much awaited Indian film RRR directed by Baahubali director SS Rajamouli. The film has already become the talk of the town for its staggering advance booking reports, according to which the period drama will see a record-breaking opening at the ticket windows. Moreover, the first review of RRR also grabbed headlines for obvious reasons. According to online reviews by critics, the Ram Charan-Jr NTR-starrer is on its way to become one of the classics of Indian cinema.
According to critic and Overseas Censor Board member Umair Sandhu, who recently visited RRR, the deadly combination of men is the main attraction in the Rajamouli directorial. In his tweet, he wrote, "#JrNTR is the soul of #RRR. He stole the entire show. #RamCharan is in great form. What a deadliest combo in #RRR by #SSRajamouli. Aag lag di dono na."
In his Instagram stories, where he traditionally uploads reviews of films, Sandhu wrote, "#RRR makes you proud that an Indian filmmaker dared to dream big and make it happen. Definitely remember this. Shouldn't be done. Call it a box office blockbuster today, but tomorrow it will be remembered as a classic. #JrNTR and #RamCharan delivered career best performances! What a lethal combo #AjayDevgn surprise package is." RRR's theater artist Shiv Kumar BVR has also praised the film as an emotional watch. He tweeted, "Just watched @RRRMovie. Though I watched each frame a thousand times as a colorist, I got more emotional when I saw the final copy as a regular audience. I firmly say, this Breaks all records and creates new records that no one can break and it charges more than 3k crores. Write it down."
For the unversed, Ram Charan and Jr NTR are playing the role of freedom fighters Alluri Sitarama Raju and Komaram Bheem respectively in the film. Set in pre-independence India, the film is a fictional story set on the youthful days of famous freedom fighters. Bollywood actress Alia Bhatt is playing an important role in the upcoming film.
